Our Waitlist Contract Information

We offer a paid waitlist option for approved applicants.  The first step is always the kitten application, found at the bottom of our Available Kittens page.

Our waitlist is for buyers who are absolutely certain they want a kitten from us, and can potentially wait up to 12 months for us to produce their choice of color/gender.  

The waitlist fee is $500, and that amount is deducted from the $1000 deposit once a kitten is chosen (at 4 to 5 weeks old). 

A sample of our Waitlist Contract is below, and it carefully spells out the exact terms of the agreement, including a refund of the fee if we close our cattery for any reason.  

The Waitlist Contract also includes a price addendum.  This locks in the current pricing on our kittens, unless prices are lowered in the future, in which case your price would be adjusted lower. 

Currently our kittens start at $2900, black smokes are currently $3200, and polydactyls are $3500.
